This policy covers the public marketing Website at getnopi.com. The NOPI mobile and desktop applications are covered by their own in-product privacy terms.

• Email address — when you submit the "Get early access" form.

• Technical and log data — such as your IP address, browser type, device information and pages viewed, processed by our hosting and security provider to keep the Website running securely.

We do not currently run advertising or third-party analytics tracking on the Website.

• To contact you about early access to NOPI and respond to your enquiry.
• To send you product updates you have asked for (you can opt out at any time).
• To operate, secure and improve the Website.

5. Legal bases (UK/EU GDPR)

• Web3Forms — processes "Get early access" form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and security (including bot protection).
• Google Fonts — some fonts are served by Google; your browser requests them from Google's servers, which may process your IP address.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of our providers may process data outside your country of residence. Where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) are relied upon to protect your data.

We keep early-access sign-up details for as long as needed to contact you about NOPI, or until you ask us to delete them. Server and security logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider.
